Emma Bouzidis – EFT Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist & NLP Coach | Counsellor & Rebirthing Breathwork Facilitator in Training

Em is a compassionate and highly skilled mind–body practitioner dedicated to helping women uncover the root causes of chronic stress and the patterns that keep them from experiencing greater ease, connection, and fulfilment in their lives. Having walked through her own experiences with trauma and chronic illness, she brings a felt, embodied understanding of navigating life through a chronically dysregulated nervous system—making her approach both deeply empathetic and clinically informed.

Through EFT, clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, and her evolving expertise in rebirthing breathwork, Em creates deeply safe, embodied spaces where clients can process past emotional experiences, cultivate a felt sense of safety in their bodies, and release patterns that no longer serve them. She supports women navigating anxiety, chronic stress and burnout, trauma and PTSD, addictive and compulsive behaviours, neurodiversity-related challenges, and nervous-system dysregulation—always working at the level of the body and subconscious mind to address root causes rather than simply managing symptoms.

Currently studying postgraduate counselling, Em brings a trauma-informed, nervous-system-focused approach, integrating embodied practices, somatic therapy, energy work, and subconscious mind work to guide clients toward lasting transformation. Each modality she offers can be experienced individually or woven together, allowing each client’s healing path to unfold in a way that feels safe, supportive, and aligned.

Verity Corbett - Baby Massage Therapist

Verity is an experienced baby massage therapist with over six years of supporting families and their little ones, working with babies from just two days old up to six months. She is passionate about creating calm, nurturing spaces where both babies and parents can relax, connect, and grow in confidence together.

Throughout her career, Verity has witnessed the powerful benefits of baby massage, particularly for families who attend regularly. From improving sleep and easing digestive discomfort to encouraging relaxation and supporting early development, she has seen first-hand how these gentle techniques can make a meaningful difference.

Her passion is also deeply personal. When her own child—now three years old—struggled with colic and reflux as a baby, Verity experienced the challenges many parents face. Seeing the positive impact massage had during that time strengthened her belief in its benefits and fuels her commitment to supporting other families with empathy and understanding.

Verity looks forward to welcoming you and your baby, helping to ease sleep and digestive concerns, and equipping you with the skills and confidence to continue bonding through massage at home.
