About the event
This stretch class is going to be super special. On Friday, 12th of December at 9 am at Stirk Park, The Remedy are hosting their very first parents and Bubs stretch and sip class.
Mums and dads are encouraged to bring their yoga mat or a picnic blanket and a coffee, tea or water and some toys for your little ones to play with so the kids can run around and get some fresh air and beautiful sunshine while the parents give their body some well-deserved attention in the form of a relaxed and gentle stretch class to help ease all of those aches and pains !
There is no age limit for your kids, all are welcome.
We will be able to talk through some baby stomach massage for colic babies and some gentle neck massage treatments for babies who struggle with sleep as well.
